0.7 kg of tomatoes;

1/2 head of garlic;

1/2 bunch of dill;

Sterilize 1 liter jars for 15 minutes. To sterilize the cans in a saucepan, heat the water, put cheesecloth folded in several layers on the bottom (put the cheesecloth so that the cans do not burst), carefully lower the cans into boiling water so that the water covers them "up to the shoulders" and from the moment the water boils, we sterilize exactly 15 minutes over medium heat. After sterilization, roll up the jars, turn them over and wrap them in a blanket until they cool completely. Put black and allspice peas at the bottom of the sterilized jars.


We put tomatoes and onions in layers, filling the jars to the very top.


Pour vinegar and vegetable oil into the jars. Fill cans of tomatoes with cooled marinade and cover with boiled lids.


We put cans with preservation in a wide saucepan, the bottom of which is lined with a napkin. Pour into a saucepan cold water, not reaching a couple of centimeters to the hangers of the cans, and set on fire.
