Ingredients:

  • persimmon, 1 pc.
  • tangerines, 2 pcs.
  • pomegranate, 1 pc.
  • soft goat cheese, 100 g
  • olive oil, 1 tablespoon
  • Dijon mustard, 1 tsp
  • liquid honey, 1 tsp.
  • lemon juice, 1 tsp
  • salt, to taste
  • greens to taste

Preparation:

Peel and chop persimmons, tangerines, pomegranates. Add cubes of goat cheese to them, mix everything. In a bowl, whisk lightly the olive oil, mustard, honey, lemon juice and salt. Season the salad with the resulting mixture and garnish with herbs.

Pork chops with persimmon

Ingredients:

  • soy sauce, 2 tablespoons
  • pomegranate sauce, 2 tablespoons
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • spices to taste
  • pork chops, 5 pcs.
  • red onion, 1 pc.
  • olive oil, 2 tablespoons
  • persimmon, 2 pcs.
  • rosemary, to taste

Preparation:

Mix soy and pomegranate sauce, pepper, add spices and leave pork and chopped onion in the resulting marinade for 2-3 hours. Grease a baking sheet with olive oil, put the chops and onions, pour over the rest of the marinade, put persimmon slices on top. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Ingredients:

  • sugar, 125 g
  • butter, 150 g
  • egg, 2 pcs.
  • hazelnuts, one handful
  • raisins, one handful
  • flour, 250 g
  • baking powder, 1 tsp.
  • milk, 100 g

Preparation:

Chop the pulp of the persimmon until puree, and cut one persimmon into cubes and set aside. Add cinnamon to the puree. Beat sugar and butter, gradually adding eggs while beating.
