For example, you can prepare cookies with sesame or cumin for beer: roll out the defrosted dough to a thickness of 0.5-0.7 cm, use a knife, or better yet, use a special wheel to cut it into elongated pieces or squares, as you like, brush it with beaten egg or a mixture of egg and milk. and sprinkle cumin or sesame seeds mixed with coarse salt on top. Bake for 10-15 minutes in an oven preheated to 180-200 degrees. If you sprinkle sugar on top of the dough, you will get tea puffs. Cookies made from curd dough are also suitable for tea and beer. It all depends on what additives you put in the dough. Ingredients: - a glass of flour - 150 g butter or margarine - 250 g cottage cheese - 170-180 g hard cheese - 1 tsp. baking powder - salt less than a teaspoon

As additives, you can take chopped garlic, finely chopped herbs, paprika on its own or with a small addition hot pepper, cumin, poppy, sunflower, nuts, sesame, etc. Mix softened butter with cottage cheese, grated cheese on a coarse grater until smooth. Add salt if necessary. After this, you can divide the mass into several parts if you want to add different additives and divide the flour into portions accordingly. If all the additives are in your test. Spread into a layer of a little less than a centimeter. If you want to make a topping, roll out the dough a little thicker, sprinkle with poppy seeds, sesame seeds or cumin and roll the topping with a rolling pin. Cut the cookies into strips, preferably with a special wheel, so that the edge becomes jagged, place on a greased sheet and bake at a temperature of 200-220 degrees for about half an hour. Bake in a low oven (160-170 degrees) on a dry sheet. The color of the finished cookies is light golden.

When we whip up shortbread cookies, sour cream added to the dough significantly improves its taste. It doesn't take long to make shortbread chocolate cookies. To prepare it we will need: - flour 1.5 cups - cocoa 2 tbsp. spoons - potato starch 1 tbsp. spoon - granulated sugar 0.5 cups - eggs 1 pc. - sour milk, sour cream or cream 1 tablespoon - margarine or butter 150 g - vanillin to taste - soda 0.25 teaspoon Stir sugar and egg until white, add vanillin, add sour milk or sour cream, stir again. Another simple quick cookie: sour cream 0.5 cups, flour 2 cups, butter 100-125 g, sugar 1 cup, soda 0.5 teaspoon, salt 0.5 teaspoon - optional, vanilla sugar 1 package. Grind sugar with softened butter, add sour cream, vanilla sugar and mix. Add flour mixed with soda and quickly knead the dough. Form it into a thick pancake, wrap it in cling film and put it in the freezer for a few minutes. Roll out the chilled dough on a floured table into a sheet about a centimeter thick and cut out shapes using molds. The remaining dough can simply be rolled into balls and flattened. Alternatively, simply place the rolled out dough, wrapped around a rolling pin, on a greased sheet and use a knife or a special wheel to divide into squares. The sheet of dough will be solid when baking, but the lines of the squares will remain, and it will be easy to simply break the cookies into portions along them. Prick the prepared cookies with a fork. Bake at 180-200 degrees. Instead of vanillin, you can use grated lemon zest; raisins wouldn’t hurt either. These cookies can be baked even from flour with not very high gluten. This recipe has been known to me for about 30 years, and it helped me a lot just when it was not possible to buy good flour.
