We mix 4 tbsp. l. oatmeal and milk powder, 2 tbsp. l. bran and 10 g baking powder. Separately, beat 150 ml of kefir, 2 eggs, 150 g of grated raw carrots and molasses to taste. We connect both parts, knead the dough and bake it in a round shape for 30 minutes at 180 ° C. For cream, beat 300 g of soft cottage cheese with 1 tbsp. l. molasses. Cut the cooled cake lengthwise into three parts, coat them with cream. Even diabetics and those who lose weight after the holidays can afford such a delicacy.

Natural syrups are a godsend for those who want to combine their diet with their favorite desserts. For these purposes, agave nectar, which can be found in health food departments, is suitable. And we will cook a light apple crumble. Grind a little in a blender ½ cup of oatmeal and a handful of dried almonds, add 1-2 tbsp. l. agave nectar. Cut 2 large apples into slices, put them on the bottom of a baking dish, flavor with lemon juice and cinnamon. Cover with foil and put in the oven at 200°C for 25 minutes. Then remove the foil and bake the fruit for another 25 minutes. Caramel pears are best served hot, always with a scoop of ice cream.
