1. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS FOR LABOR PROTECTION
1.1. 1.4. The operator of the equipment of distribution oil depots must be well aware of and strictly comply with the requirements of labor protection, fire safety, and industrial sanitation.
1.5. The operator of the equipment of distribution tank farms must be able to use primary fire extinguishing equipment, know their location and monitor their serviceability.
1.6. It is forbidden to use fire equipment for other purposes.
1.7. The tool used must be in good working order and made of a material that excludes sparking.
1.8. Storage of lubricants is allowed in the specified place in quantities not exceeding the daily requirement. Lubricants should be stored in special metal or plastic containers with tightly closed lids.
1.9. Do not store flammable liquids in the pump room.
1.10. For local lighting or in the absence of electricity, the operator of the equipment of distribution tank farms should use a portable rechargeable lamp in an explosion-proof design with a voltage of no higher than 12 V.
1.11. It is forbidden to use open flame sources for this purpose.
1.12. Smoking and eating is allowed only in places specially designated for this purpose.
2. HEALTH REQUIREMENTS BEFORE STARTING WORK
2.1. Wear the prescribed clothing and footwear. Overalls must be buttoned up and tucked in so that there are no hanging ends.
2.2. Familiarize yourself with the entries in the operation log of pumping units.
2.3. When accepting a shift, the operator of the equipment of distribution tank farms is obliged to:
- check the serviceability of process equipment, grounding;
- Availability and serviceability of fire-fighting equipment;

3. HEALTH REQUIREMENTS DURING WORK
3.1. During the operation of the pumping unit, it is necessary:
- constantly monitor the readings of control and measuring instruments: pressure gauges, vacuum gauges, pressure vacuum gauges and temperature sensors - the process parameters must correspond to the specified ones;
- prevent the operation of the pump unit with extraneous and increased noise and knocks;
— to supervise the tightness of the seals of pumps, pipelines and their fittings.
3.2. The operator of the equipment of distribution tank farms is prohibited from:
- allow unauthorized persons into the pump room;
- repair pumps during their operation, fasten studs, tighten bolts both on moving parts of the pump and on pipelines under pressure;

4.1. In the event of an emergency, the operator of the equipment of distribution tank farms must act in accordance with the emergency response plan.
4.2. In the event of a fire in the pumping station, the operator of the distribution tank farm equipment must turn off the electricity, close the valves on the input and output lines of the pumps, call the fire brigade by phone 101, report the incident to the management of the enterprise, and take measures to extinguish the fire.
